In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received. All prices are in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include VAT as applicable.

6. Delivery & Title

Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy above.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
