📦 Return & Shipping Policy

This policy outlines our shipping procedures and your rights regarding returns, in compliance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Saudi E‑Commerce Law and the Consumer Protection Law.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Delivery partners: We collaborate with trusted couriers (SMSA, Aramex, Saudi Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery across the Kingdom.
  • Delivery timeframe: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.
  • Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on eligible orders (see website promotions).
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re‑shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason (unless the product falls under specific exceptions).

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Non‑returnable items: Perishable goods, personal care items, custom‑made products, and items with broken seals (for health protection) are exempt from return unless defective.
  • Defective / wrong items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alnashtha.net. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs.
  • Return process: To initiate a return, email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). Once approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
  • Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified by email.
  • Exchange: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
